2. Account & Authentication
The app does not require registration to be used.
Users may optionally sign in using:
- Google Sign-In
- Apple Sign-In
Signing in is optional and mainly used for:
- Syncing wheels
- Premium / Ad-Free status
- Purchase restoration
3. Data We Collect
Depending on usage, we may collect and store the following data:
- User ID (Firebase UID)
- Device information (non-personal, technical identifiers)
- User profile data (if signed in)
- Wheels created by the user (premium users only)
- Purchase and subscription data
- Error and crash logs
- Analytics data (via Firebase Analytics)
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as real names, addresses, or payment card details.
4. Advertising
The app displays ads provided by Google AdMob.
- Ads are configured for 13+ audiences
- No gambling or adult ads are intentionally shown
- Ad content is controlled by third-party providers (Google)
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
5. Analytics & Third-Party Services
We use third-party services such as:
- Firebase Authentication
- Firebase Firestore
- Firebase Analytics
- Google AdMob
The App also includes icon assets (SVG) licensed from Freepik and/or created using Freepik tools under a valid license/subscription. These icons are bundled within the App and rendered locally on your device. The App does not call Freepik APIs or otherwise send your wheel content, account data, advertising identifiers, or device identifiers to Freepik for the purpose of displaying icons. Any personal data processing in the App is related only to the third-party services listed above (e.g., Firebase, Google AdMob), as described in this Privacy Policy.
These services may collect anonymized usage and device data according to their own privacy policies. Data may be processed and stored on servers located outside the user’s country of residence, including the European Union and the United States.
6. Data Storage
User data is stored:
- Locally on the device (SQLite)
- Securely in Firebase Firestore (cloud)
While we take reasonable measures to protect data, we do not guarantee that data will never be lost, deleted, or corrupted due to technical errors or unforeseen issues.
We retain user data only for as long as necessary to provide app functionality, comply with legal obligations, and resolve technical issues. Inactive accounts may be deleted.
7. Account Disconnect & Data Deletion
Users can disconnect their account from the app at any time.
- Disconnecting removes user data from our database
- Authentication records (Google / Apple) may remain active

8. Premium & Ad-Free Subscriptions
Premium durations are calculated as:
- 1 month = 30 days
- 6 months = 180 days
- 1 year = 365 days
Ad-Free access:
- Valid for 365 days
- Can be used offline
Subscriptions are tied to the user account and device.
9. User-Generated Content
Users may enter custom text into wheels.
- We do not review, monitor, or verify user-generated content
- We are not responsible for content created by users
- Users are fully responsible for any text they enter
10. Entertainment Only Disclaimer
Random Wheel For Fun is provided for entertainment purposes only.
- Results generated by the wheel should not be considered factual, binding, or reliable
- The app must not be used for gambling, criminal activities, or any illegal purpose
- Users assume full responsibility for how they use the app and its results
11. Children’s Privacy
The app is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
12. Parental Responsibility
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising their children’s use of the app. We do not actively monitor or control how minors use the app, and it is the responsibility of parents or guardians to ensure appropriate and lawful use.
By allowing a child to use the app, parents or guardians accept full responsibility for the child’s actions within the app.
13. Refunds & Chargebacks
All purchases and subscriptions are processed directly by Google Play or Apple App Store.
- Refund requests must be submitted through the respective store (Google or Apple)
- We do not process refunds manually
- Refund eligibility and time limits are determined by the store’s policies
- We cannot guarantee that a refund request will be approved
- Any chargebacks, cancellations, or refund disputes are handled solely by Google or Apple, and users must comply with their terms and conditions.
14. Data Retention
We retain user data only for as long as necessary to provide app functionality, comply with legal obligations, and resolve technical issues. Data may be deleted or anonymized after prolonged inactivity.
15. Data Accuracy & Backup Disclaimer
Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups of important data.
We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, app removal, system updates, or technical errors.
