Terms of Use – Random Wheel For Fun App

By downloading, accessing, or using the Random Wheel For Fun app (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

Random Wheel For Fun is provided for entertainment purposes only.

  • Results generated by the wheel are random
  • Results are not factual, binding, or reliable
  • The App must not be used for decision-making, gambling, or professional purposes

2. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

  • How they use the App
  • Any actions taken based on wheel results
  • Any content they create or enter into the App

We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of the App.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the App for:

  • Gambling or betting
  • Illegal or criminal activities
  • Harassment, hate speech, or harmful content
  • Any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. User-Generated Content

Users may enter custom text into wheels.

  • We do not review, monitor, or verify user-generated content
  • We are not responsible for any user-generated content
  • Users retain full responsibility for their own content

4.1 Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, app design, and intellectual property related to the App are owned by us. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

4.2 Third-Party Assets (Icons)

The App includes icon assets in SVG format. Some icons are licensed from Freepik and/or created using Freepik tools (e.g., an icon generator) under a valid subscription/license. All third-party assets remain the property of their respective owners.

  • You may use the icons only as part of the App as intended
  • You may not extract, copy, download, redistribute, resell, or otherwise reuse the icons outside the App
  • Where attribution is required by an applicable license, it will be provided accordingly

5. Accounts & Access

  • The App can be used without creating an account
  • Optional sign-in is available via Google or Apple
  • Disconnecting an account removes user data from our database, but authentication records may remain

6. Premium & Ad-Free Features

The App offers optional paid features.

Premium subscriptions are time-based:

  • 1 month = 30 days
  • 6 months = 180 days
  • 1 year = 365 days

Ad-Free access is valid for 365 days and may be used offline.

  • Premium features are provided “as is” and may change over time

7. Payments & Refunds

  • All purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store
  • Refunds must be requested through the respective store
  • We do not issue refunds directly
  • Refund eligibility is determined solely by the app store’s policies
  • Digital purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law

8. Ads & Third-Party Services

The App may display ads provided by third-party services such as Google AdMob.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or behavior of third-party services.

9. Data & Availability Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Data loss, sync issues, or service interruptions may occur
  • Users are responsible for backing up important data

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Use of the App is at your own risk
  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied

11. Language & Interpretation

These Terms of Use are provided in English only. The App may be available in multiple languages; however, translations of these Terms are not guaranteed. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall be the authoritative version.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to server outages, network failures, or force majeure events.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
